Creating an Observation Template

You can capture custom observation(s) in Bahmni. This allows for custom observations to be uploaded to SHR. All such clinical observations are uploaded as “FHIR Observation” resources.

To create a template:

1. Please follow the instructions in Bahmni WIKI  “Concept Set UI”

Your template will show in “Histories and Observation” tabs for a patient in Bahmni.
